My alarm woke me up this morning at the ungodly hour of 5:13 and I tapped the snooze to get a few more minutes of rest.  I felt a slight zap but didn’t think anything of it.  At 6:45, I awoke on my own and looked at the clock to see why the snoozed alarm didn’t re-ring.  It still said 5:13 and has been there ever since.  I apparently killed it with static.  Go figure.  All part of living in a cold house….

WTF?! Shouldn’t it be grounded or something? That’s weird.

Yeah, it was the weirdest thing and I’ve never had anything like that happen before. Later in the day, I pulled the batteries out of it and unplugged it. When I plugged it back in, it said 5:13 and the alarm started going off. It was frozen in time.

Haha! That’s insane! Like when I set that VCR on fire with a touch of my hell-static finger!
